I attempt to cross tumbleweeds that have been stuck on the border fence, preventing their natural course in the Chihuahua/Texas desert. They are also known as Brujas (Withches).
The action shows the scope of migration policies and their effects on nature. Likewise, the Witch makes a direct relationship with the Hunt, Trial and Conviction in the face of illegal migration between these countries and the misrepresentation of the desert as a lonely and cartoonish space.
